Thomas was the manager onsite when I went this morning. I have been coming to the Jiffy Lube for about five years and this morning's experience with Thomas was absolutely hands-down the best experience I have had at this Shiffy Lube. I think he's incredible. He's from AZ. I hope the management team sees this review so they know they've got an amazing employee.
Great job, came in when I thought it’d take some time. Was in and out stat. Lobby was a little small for the amount of customers which is why I loved the outdoor option seating. Shout out to Beckett did a thorough job going over my service and recommendations will come back.
