Sean was the greatest! He let me know everything my car needed, showed me the price, and I felt 0 negative pressure to have repairs done, only a genuine care about me as a customer. He deserves a raise for sure.
This location is the BEST!! They gave me an eta of 30 minutes to get my registration and emissions done, they patched up my window crack did all that and had me out the door and all in 15. I’ve never had that fast of service before!! This team is incredible, they’re kind, and they all thanked me as I left even when they didn’t help me personally. Amazing team!! I will definitely be returning to this location.
Today I went into Saratoga Springs Jiffy lube for an oil change. Sean helped me and gave my top tier customer service. He also told me everything else that needs to be serviced and gave me a print out of the things that need attention. Great customer service experience!
