Service from all employees was amazing! Great attitudes and atmosphere! Lamont made sure with me being 35 weeks pregnant I did not have to walk far to or from my car. He helped me with water and walking to my car with excellent service! Other employees made sure I didn’t have to walk all through the store for service, I hope the next time I come by i get to see the same employees I loved everything about today, not to mention everything felt like it took under 15 minutes!! 5 stars all across the board!
This is the first time, in all my years of taking my car to various Jiffy Lube locations in Maryland and Delaware, that I didn’t have to wait for service, The staff members were courteous and efficient and offered possible additional services without using any pressure tactics. I plan on using this location in the future.
10/10 they were fast friendly and went above and beyond when it came to assisting me with my car. Very knowledgeable. I appreciate Liz Jo and John so much. I will continue to go here specifically because of the service I receive here.
