Danielle and CJ made my experience at Jiffy Lube seamless from start to finish. They were both incredibly professional, helpful, and efficient, making what could have been a stressful process feel quick and easy. I came in for an inspection sticker and was in and out faster than expected. What really stood out, though, was their kindness. They took the time to communicate clearly, answer questions, and make sure I felt taken care of. That level of customer service truly goes a long way and doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank y’all again, Danielle and CJ. I really appreciate the great service!
Wow! The people were so nice here. The lady even offered us some cake they had in the office area!! Our service tech, Elijah showed us the air filter and cabin filter and said no need to change them! Breath of fresh air as other shops want to charge you for everything, whether you need it our not. Excellent fast service.
So, I talked to the manager about this young guy that stayed busy, very polite, about his business, just on it. She says he's 18 years old. I forgot his name, I think it's Jon though. Regardless I went 2 days in a row for 2 different vehicles. He serviced both with a smile on his face and respectful. He should get a raise or be promoted, however that works there. Work ethic that young with a great attitude is something rare these days. I hope you guys do him right so he stays awhile. One thing is for sure, you'll miss that one when he's gone. If we could rate the workers, he's definitely a 5 star?
