Had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change. The workers were friendly, efficient, and made the whole process quick and easy. James was especially kind and professional and took the time to explain things clearly without making me feel pressured. Definitely appreciated the customer service and overall experience.
Accidentally put oil in my coolant reservoir, Take Five had drive thru where they used pressurized machines to flush and refill my coolant, which eliminated manual labor and time. Excellent service and less than 20 minutes tops.
I had a fantastic experience with Thaidyn, he was very detailed in servicing my vehicle. Thaidyn had amazing customer service skills & fastidiously made sure all the points on the checklist done by John , who also was very efficient & patient as he was instructed by Thaidyn. I’ve been coming to this company for several years for oil changes but #935 in Monroe, LA was the very BEST by FAR!!
