This was my second time coming here, and everyone is always so nice, and kind! The service was very fast, and efficient, they were also able to check on other things on my car. Lorenzo the manager was great as well, very professional establishment.
This is an AWESOME location! Great staff and so nice eventho it was hot and they were busy. Then they put my scent on my air filter which I've never had! I was just passing through on my way to TX but they were so amazing I saved the location! Make me want to move to Memphis ????
I've been going to Jiffy Lube most of my life (ahem, that's decades), and the Edgewood location is far and above the best. Every person working there is friendly and knowledgeable, the service is quick, and every aspect of any work being done is explained clearly. Special mention: Lorenzo at Edgewood is so adept that he was easily able to fix a problem I've had with my car for well over 5 years!
