Today I experienced top notch customer service at Jiffy Lube on Victory and Sepulveda. Jonathan (Crew Chief) went above and beyond the call of duty in informing me on my services and needs. Jonathan was professional, courteous and showed he cared about my experience. I also want to acknowledge Pedro and Dan for their awesome service and professional demeanor. I would also like to thank the General Manager, Reuben for instilling such great values and positive morale to his crew and this store. It really makes a difference, and I will definitely be coming back.
