Stopped in for a quick oil change. I had been to two other places that said it would take over an hour and they only had one maybe two cars there. Drove by Jiffy Lube and only saw a couple cars there. Pulled in the gentleman greeted me and let me know that they will only take about 15 minutes. I had Troy and Cole taking care of me and You could tell that they cared about the job they were doing, and I had a great experience. They had me in and out in less than 15 minutes. Checked all the filters, wiper blade’s, and even notice my check engine light was on and put a diagnostic machine on it for me And let me know what was going on. Little things like that go a long way and make a big impression. I’m in Sales and I could tell they weren’t trying to upsell me. They genuinely just wanted to help me out. I will make sure I go out of my way to go there and get My oil changed. Have had a couple bad experiences around here. Seems like I found the spot for me. I would highly recommend this Jiffy Lube to Everyone.
Straight to the point, took my fresh bought c7 in for a quick change as my lift wasn’t working and I didn’t wanna do it from a sketchy Walmart jack. Kept it straight to the point and simple, wonderful price for 0w-40 and a full oil change. Did not try and upsell me on bogus cabin filters or engine air refreshers or a unicorn with a bucket of gold. In and out in less than 20 mins no hassle, no bad pricing, no upsell. Quick and easy 10/10
I had such a great experience at Jiffy Lube today! Cole and Troy were amazing super fast, professional, and genuinely kind from start to finish. They changed my oil and rotated my tires quickly without cutting corners, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s not every day you come across service like this. Thank you both for taking care of me and getting me back on the road safely. I truly appreciate it!
