Friendly, fast, expert service. I got an oil change and they evaluated my car, washed my windows, vacuumed the inside fixed my rock chip. It was the best oil change experience I've ever had! Highly recommend!
Edit: Jeremy did a great job making things right. The part for my car has been difficult to find and Jeremy tried his best to find a good solution. I appreciate his willingness to work with me. Installed my splash guard incorrectly leading to it falling off and breaking. Location purchased a replacement part. When they installed the replacement, it did not fit correctly. The front corners sag, and there is bowing in the middle. Jeremy the manager, insisted that it was the correct OEM part but that Volvo had changed it. He refused to show me the order for the part that was purchased so I could verify which part it was. When he couldn't figure out why the part wouldn't fit properly, he then had me wait in the lobby for an hour. He then stated that he reviewed the video footage and decided that his technicians were not at fault. He told me he was no longer willing to work with me because of my attitude stating that I was not grateful for what they had done for me. I stated that nothing was fixed so what did I have to be grateful for. When I asked if it was necessary for me to escalate this to the corporate office he almost scoffed at me as if he had no concerns whatsoever with making this right for me. My feeling is that I brought my car in for an oil change and when I left, components of my car were broken. This doesn't feel right to me. Jeremy stated that the anchors the bolts screw in to in order to hold the splash guard to the car are worn out. My question to that is a) if they were originally worn out why wasn't it dragging before? b) why wasn't I notified and given the option to replace them before the splash guard was ruined. c) were the bolts properly installed as to not cause the anchors to break. If there is video footage that Jeremy claims is there, we should be able to see how much care the technician took to install the bolts. Were they torqued to proper specifications? I am extremely frustrated with the way Jeremy condescended and blamed me during this interaction. I am frustrated that my car is now in worse condition than when I brought it in. I feel like Jeremy was using every opportunity to minimize the locations responsibility and to put any bandage on the problem that I would be acceptable with. When I first brought the car back after discovering the splash guard was dragging, their initial fix was to kind of bolt it back up but still have it hanging down. Why do I feel like I need to fight every step of this in order to have a proper solution to a mistake that was made. I have had many oil changes done at multiple Jiffy Lubes. Any time I tell people where I get my oil changed they say “Oh I wouldn't go there” and then proceed to tell me a story about how Jiffy Lube messed up their car. Was I a fool for not listening to them?
In November 2025, we visited Jiffy Lube in Lindon, Utah. On Tuesday, November 11th, or Veterans Day, this Lindon Jiffy Lube location provides a free conventional oil change to all verified Veterans. Thank you, Lindon Jiffy Lube, for changing our car engine oil and helping us feel appreciated for our military service to our Country. There are also delicious doughnuts to eat as the technicians change the car engine oil.
