This location is fantastic. They are always so friendly and willing to help me without pressuring me into buying things that I can’t afford. They talked me through my choices and help me to understand what is most important for my car. Today they even helped me put on new license plates without any additional charge.
Was taking a car that wasn’t mine in for an oil change while mine’s in the shop. Love to see a gal in the industry! Amber was awesome. and their manager, Travis, is extremely knowledgeable and running a tight ship! They’re very communicative and efficient. And made sure to tell me they’d write detailed notes for the owner on anything else noticed. They asked good questions about the check engine light to make sure that didn’t need to be addressed right away. Roger made sure my maintenance light for the oil change was off before I drove off and washed my windshield as well :)
I typically do my own maintenance on my vehicles but was in a time crunch. I typically expect to be upsold and urged to do work that is not needed. However, the guys at the Sherwood shop (Rodger, Travis, and Tyler) were kind, genuine, and capable. They showed me all the options I had but didn’t add pressure to do any work or replace parts that were not needed. They even helped me find coupons and had me in my way quickly. I checked the work after I got home and was very satisfied. So happy, that I grabbed my other car and headed there to get it done right after. They saved me time and effort as well as did good work!
