I've been coming here for a oil change for a long time and it's always quick. The staff are very friendly and knowledgable. People here on google reviews mention the employees many times by name in their reviews for a reason. Theres a reason this location has so many great reviews. They work hard and are outside all day helping people. Customer service can be a tough job, but everyone here always has a smile on their face. I hope Jiffy Lube truly realizes how great the spanaway team is and rewards the staff, because this team truly deserves it.
Had a horrible week of travel and car problems. Knew my battery was dead and Jiffy Lube was close, but didn’t expect amazing service. I pulled up and was greeted by Courtney who was amazing! Got me right in and 3 people helped me super fast. Incredible price, friendly and speedy service. They even filled my fluids and added air to my tires free of charge. The battery online price everywhere was what they charged me with nothing extra for installation or all the extras. Had friendly conversations with everyone there. No grumpiness or attitude like at other repair shops. You are all amazing! I will be back and recommend you to everyone. Not surprised you have almost a 5 star rating even in spanaway which is unheard of. Thank you!
These guys are all truly amazing ! Keith, Jose and Manny, very honest and dedicated to treating their customers right. I am a loyal customer for life. Respectfully, PaulMichael & Alla M. They also handle high end vehicles easily with oil changes. Range Rover was well taken care of..... Back again this time with my classic 530i BMW where Ron is changing the oil and educating me on oil thickness. These guys are worth the money!
