I was greeted right away and was able to get right in. They gave my car a rudimentary inspection (turn signals, lights, etc). My tech, Ramses did a very nice job and was able to get my in and out in a “jiffy.” Like a magician, he was able to reset My “maintenance required” light using a mysterious combination of button presses and key turns on the ignition! The assistant manager, Will was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with as well. He offered to replace a missing air filter bolts at no charge with some spare parts they had on hand. They offered me some additional (and useful) services without giving me a hard sell, which I appreciated.A+ experience all the way!
Even with a constant waves of cars coming in and closing time quickly approaching, the team still provided outstanding service. They explained the cost of everything before starting any work and gave me different options in case I wanted to upgrade, downgrade, or add additional services. Not once did they seem stressed or grumpy, even though the shop never stopped getting busy. That’s what great customer service looks like. It’s the reason my family and I keep coming back again and again. Highly recommend!

They let me know about the cost for everything before doing it and options in case I wanted to upgrade/downgrade anything or add more. Never once did they look grumpy even though the cars would not stop coming in. But that's what happens when you have amazing customer service We can't stop coming back to you over and over again.
