Went for the first time this morning to get a full synthetic oil change on my Jeep Compass Trailhawk. All of the guys were friendly, helpful and never pressured me to do anything other than what I went there for. Gave me a $17 off coupon which I appreciated. Will be my go-to oil change spot.
Great service! My first time doing a quick oil change like this instead of going to a autoshop. Great for my busy schedule & they were very honest about seeing issues with leaking I had to get checked out. I also asked if they could switch my back wiper and they did try at least even though they had nothing that fit. Will use them again in the future!
The Jeff and Jeff team helped me in Shakopee Minnesota ~ Although I was hoping for a ‘Jiffy’ lube, I ended up having an item in my car not functioning correctly, which Jeff tended to right away. His knowledge and expertise in this area is valued! He helped me understand the functioning and gave warning to the operations of the vehicle without the fix. I appreciate Him taking the time to acknowledge it and not make it somebody else’s problem. His team works well together getting the work done. Many Thanks!!
