I had an excellent experience with Joseph during my oil change. Firstly, he greeted me with a friendly smile, he was professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Joseph took the time to explain what he was doing, pointed out things to keep an eye on without any pressure, and made sure everything was completed thoroughly and correctly. What really stood out was his positive attitude and attention to detail, he treated my vehicle with care and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Him and his team did a great job getting my service quick, easy and with efficiency. It’s rare to find someone who combines great customer service with strong technical skills, and Joseph absolutely does. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for honest, reliable service. I’ll be back for my brakes. :)
I went to this Jiffy Lube and I asked the nice kid who came out how much and it was $129 for the oil change that I wanted, unless if you had any discounts and said that maybe online there was a $10 possibly a $15 and then he could apply that for me. So I didn’t want to do it because it was so expensive, but I have to be honest his name was Manuel that helped me and he was a really, really sweet and nice kid and obviously very customer oriented in the way that he communicated with me. I still couldn’t swallow spending twice the amount of money on the oil change so I left and went to the place right next to them which does it for less, but they couldn’t do it immediately and so I just scheduled a time for them to do the oil change at a later day for $60. But I have to be honest Manuel stuck in my Mind due to his demeanor and excellent communicative skills so I just went back to him and asked him if he could do it immediately and he said yes and so I had Jiffy Lube take care of the oil change. To me, it just goes to show one nice human that treats me the same way I love to treat others with complete respect and proper communication changes businesses.
Came I today for an Oil Change and the entire staff was friendly and helpful. Delvin was phenomenal in explaining everything throughly. What really stuck out to me was his positive attitude and compassion when helping all guests, but he took the extra effort and patience with senior guests. Definitely A Keeper at this location. He’s the reason why I only come here and will be back for my next oil change.
