They are always so kind and explain and show me the services I need and keep my old car last and on the road. My wait time is always reasonable and fairly fast for not having an appointment definitely faster than a doctor appointment. This is one thing I have to do in life I actually like doing. Keep up the good work.
This was the fastest and easiest oil change I have had outside of a quick service (lower quality) place like take 5. I was helped promptly, offered free refreshments. Informed on advised services, and was not pressured to purchase services I didn't want to buy. I was in and out in a out 10 minutes. They were friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.
The Jiffy Lube by 91st/ Aspen in BA has the BEST customer service care.. her name is Amy and she’s a gem!! I was on my way out of town, my tires were a little low, she took care of it, I decided to get the oil changed as well… everything was done in good time, everyone was professional and courteous. I’m so glad I stopped in and will continue to give them my business.
