I took my car to Jiffy Lube in Rochester, MN for the first time and had a great experience. I drive a European vehicle, and the representative at the counter took the time to clearly go over the recommended services and pricing so we were both on the same page from the start. Throughout the visit, he kept me informed. I was initially told the service would take about 20 minutes, and when it got close to or went beyond that timeframe, he communicated the reason for the delay and kept me in the loop. Any uncertainty or additional service needed was explained thoroughly, and my approval was always requested before moving forward. From the customer service to the mechanics, I was very pleased with the experience. Thank you for the excellent service—I will definitely be back
