They really like to upsell here and I respect the hustle lol I would say the convenience and speed was worth it. I was procrastinating my oil change so I finally drove up to this place. I was honestly so tired after work and was just stressed about where to go since I'd never been to a “stay in your car” oil change place before. The staff were very nice and helpful though so if I don't have the time/energy I would go again. Everything looked good afterwards, aside from some slight spills but shit happens lmao
Went to Take 5 Oil Change with my mom's car because the low oil light came on whilei was driving, from start to finish (which isn't very long) I had beyond great service from the crew there, my guy that took all my information was knowledgeable, didn't try and sell me on things i said no to, but, after him explaining other things, I knew those should be a yes!! Reasonable prices, I will go back again and spread the word that im definitely glad I went there! 10 out of 10 plus 10!!
My son broke down in the middle of the intersection right in front of Take 5 trying to take a left into the Wal Mart parking lot. This of course happened at peak busy time around 5:00 on Friday evening. When I arrived it was incredibly chaotic. The alternator was shot so he had no power which meant no hazards. I cannot tell you how many people I waved through the intersection. Only to have brand new people coming off highway 52 lining up behind my son (again with no hazards on) just too honk and swear like the previous group that I just waved through. As if he was sitting there because he wanted to. It became apparent pretty quickly that the only way to get out of the intersection was to push the car. With only me to push and my son to steer that was going to be quite the task. Out of nowhere without being asked. Graham, Drake, and Caden came from Take 5 wearing high visibility vests, and helped me push the car through the intersection. They could have sat there and just watched the chaos ensue, but they decided to help when nobody else would. They even offered us water once we got the car to a safe space. I cannot tell you how appreciative I am that these guys decided to do the right thing and help complete strangers. I will be taking my truck and my wife's car to this shop from now on. Thanks guys
