Been going to this location for years. While it's to be expected that any shop will be a little conservative and recommend higher tier products/upgrades, this location has also been very honest when everything is fine and nothing is needed. My cars have always ran terrific and I appreciate the solid work and friendly honest staff!
The guys at the jiffy Lube here in Pullman were the best. They were incredibly friendly and knew what they were about. They went the extra mile to explain what they needed to do. If I lived here in Pullman I’d be taking my car all the time to this place. They did good!
Took my car in for an oil change. I failed to catch the gentleman’s name but this man was very honest and let me know that my oil was fine and I still had a bunch of miles left before I needed to bring it in. They topped off my oil and confirmed the oil was good til next change and returned my car at no cost. Appreciate the honesty more than anything. Seen other places where they try and charge you for stuff that doesn’t need done. Not these particular guys. Thank you for your honesty.
