I’ve been coming to the Jiffy Lube on Date Palm Drive in Cathedral City for a while now, and it’s definitely worth the drive from Palm Desert. While the Palm Desert location is great for quick oil changes, this Cathedral City shop goes above and beyond with more extensive services. Adrianna and Rafael are consistently helpful, informative, and knowledgeable. Rafael, in particular, clearly has years of experience with the company, and it shows in the quality of his work. He recently handled installing new Duralast rotors and brake pads on my car—something not all locations offer—which was a huge plus. The service here is always friendly and professional, and the pricing is fair, especially compared to dealership rates. Overall, I’ve had great experiences every time I’ve come in. Fingers crossed it stays that way, but so far, highly recommended!
I have an Infiniti G 35 coupe and due to it being lower than the average everywhere I went no one wanted to maintenance my vehicle until Jiffy Lube. Everyone there was so professional and made sure that everything got done correctly and promptly. Thank you so much guys
This was my first time at this location. My usual JL was out of the oil that I use and sent me here. I’m so glad they did. Jesse completed my oil change and found that a piece of my air intake was broken. Adriana quoted me a price to install the part and told me where I could order the parts online. A week later I returned with the part and they fixed my car in minutes. Total cost was less than half what my dealership charges just to look at my car. It’s so hard to find a shop that you truly trust and I found that here. Jesse probably saved me a costly repair down the road. Thank you Jesse and Adriana!
