I like these guys. I’ve been going here for years and never had a bad experience. They are fast and do good work. One thing that I always appreciate is that when they nave new (and often younger) staff, they are constantly talking to them and training them as they go, and checking their work along the way. Yes, a Jiffy Lube oil change is going to cost a little more but the speed and local convenience is more than worth it. I’ll happily pay a little more to save myself a trip to the dealership and several hours waiting for it to be done (or creating a mess in my driveway).
I don't make a habit of writing reviews, but when I find a business like this I feel like I MUST give them proper credit. I simply cannot say enough good things about this Jiffy lube. It all comes down to the team of great people working there. I am someone who has become completely jaded when it comes to low expectations on services. So I was quite shocked to find that everyone working there was not only professional, capable, and razor focused on the task at hand...but moreover, they were pleasant, articulate and COMPLETELY customer service oriented. Such a rare thing these days....and I made a point of telling them that right on the spot. Anyone looking for a quick oil change, do yourself a favor and come here! Even if it's a little out of your way. We as consumers need to take our business to shops that deserve it. Thanks again to the team at North Bend Jiffy Lube!
Best experience I’ve had at a Jiffy Lube. Great customer service, very professionally ran. As a veteran, I felt like it was a military style experience. They got you in and got you out, checked all my lights and other things, no messing around. And even though they were incredibly fast, they were still kind and displayed great customer service from the moment I pulled in, to the moment I pulled out. I will be back.
