One of the most pleasant car experiences I have ever had. After a long month, I finally found the time to get serviced. The team was all incredibly patient and thorough explaining each aspect and discussing options with me. They worked with me to honor my coupon and discuss order of important next steps for servicing going forward. I can’t say enough good things about my whole team: Parker, Charles, CJ. I will certainly be coming back for future servicing!!
I took my Lexus in for an oil change, full synthetic and very good customer service. The gentlemen, let me know what needed to be done now, and what could be done later, very thorough. Knowledgeable made my experience good and made me want to come back to that location again and they're fast and get you in and out. I highly recommend this Jiffy lube.
came here for the first time today and it was AWESOME. quick, professional, comfortable. Alexis helped me and she was very patient and very sweet. their entire crew (kid with brown hair and glasses did my tires) was polite patient and helpful. I think the manager helped do my oil change and even helped me find a coupon! best oil change experience ever. hands down.
