I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube. I have always been treated well. I’ve never had a poor experience or poor work. I trust them with my everyday vehicle. They go over and beyond in customer service. On top of that they are quick to fit you in and get you on your way. Yet you still get quality work and service. They waited so patiently with my payment issues. I’ve been going to this Jiffy Lube since January 2024 with the same truck, never an issue.
Outstanding Service – Even at Closing Time! I was cutting it close to closing time and wasn’t sure if I’d make it, so I called ahead. The manager picked up and didn’t hesitate—he told me to come in and they’d take care of me. True to his word, they got my truck in for an oil change without any fuss. The entire staff was super friendly and professional, even though it was the end of the day. You don’t see that kind of attitude everywhere. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in their work. Highly recommend this Jiffy Lube—I'll definitely be coming back. Thanks again, John and Angel!
I was met outside with a friendly greeting, offered immediate service and given an estimate before any work was done. Johnny was kind & respectful. He described in detail the work my truck needed and included recommendations for my mechanic to check. They were very thorough & went above & beyond, knowing I was going on a long trip soon. I firmly believe the time and effort they put in on my truck was worth every penny & more, plus it was completed so quickly. I am truly grateful I chose Jiffy Lube! Both Johnny & Jiffy Lube earned 5+ stars!
