As someone who’s been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years, I can honestly say the level of service here rivals (and even exceeds) what you’d expect at many restaurants. The team is incredibly hospitable, attentive, and genuinely focused on customer satisfaction. They take the time to thoroughly explain everything, making sure you understand the work being done without feeling rushed or pressured. Every employee I interacted with was courteous, kind, and highly professional. On top of that, the added touches—like complimentary vacuuming and the overall attention to detail during services like oil changes and tire rotations—really set them apart. Jiffy Lube has raised the bar when it comes to both automotive service and customer care. Highly recommend.

The team recommended a few additional fluid services and explained what they were for, but they were never pushy or trying to pressure me into anything. They simply let me know what options were available and allowed me to decide. They also went above and beyond by taking care of a few extra things, which I really appreciated. Overall, the customer service was outstanding, and I left very satisfied. Definitely a five-star experience!
