Needed an oil change quickly at the end of the day. At 5:45pm I asked ChatGPT if there were any locations near me that was still open and Jiffy Lube was open till 7 PM. I called them to check availability and they said to come on in within the next 45 minutes and they will get me taken care of. I was there within 20 minutes, and from the check-in process to the end of the service, I have nothing but the best things to say about them. This was my son‘s 2016 328i and they made sure to use the long life high-quality liquid Molly 0–20 W Oil. They double check to see if I had a coupon which I did for $35 off. These guys were top-notch and I was out of there within 15 minutes. I will definitely be back.

Greeted quickly by the about check in assistant, extremely polite, helpful, gave great explanations of services with some approximate pricing. The service tech approach me with the BEST KINDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, assisted me inside to waiting area. The service desk representative WOW, greeted me HELLO, HOW ARE YOU DOING ALL SMILES AND FOCUSED on listening to my reply. The Explanation of the services needed with the cost was given to me. Stated that my vehicle would be finished shortly. Moment - minutes later- my name was called!!!! With another service desk representative WOW even MORE FRIENDLY greetings. Shared the screen of cost helped me retrieve a savings coupon. Helped me out to my vehicle showed the oil stick to me, AND AND HELPED ME CLEAN OUT LEAVES THAT WERE STUCK ALONG WINDSHIELD GRID UNDER THE HOOD. She got a trash can and a rag scooped them out WOW WOW WOW. The friendly service, customer care is off the charts beyond Excellent. If every place was to be like Jiffy Lube We’d have a great world. THANK YOU from my whole heart for my vehicle care, and filled up with receiving great kindness today. You have my business FOREVER, hopefully many people after I share my experience too!
