I’ve had a great experience at this location the manager Andre is always so kind and very knowledgeable. He had told me the oil pan was bad on my car and the plug was making it leak he even showed me the bad part & provided me some suggestions to get it fixed. My mechanic took care of it and said it was exactly what Andre had advised. I came in again for an oil change and he noticed my engine belt was damaged and almost broken. He showed me the bad part and got it taken care of for me right then and there with an engine flush as well. As a woman with no knowledge on vehicle issues it can be difficult to know what to do but Andre is very trustworthy and I know he is always willing to help and goes above and beyond every time.
I got a nail in one of my tires and needed to get it fixed quickly I called ahead to see if they had availability , the manager Mr. Andre (THE ABSOLUTE BEST) picked up the phone and you can just tell that he LOVES HIS JOB! I had expressed my concern about the nail in my tire and he told me to come right on in and they would be able to take a look at it and let me know what my next step was ! When arriving everyone was so nice and very helpful. Mr.Andre remembered me from the call and they helped us right away. I would 100% recommend getting any work done there , they are not only kind but trustworthy . Thank you guys for being so sweet will 100% come back !
We are so happy with the experience we had at Jiffy Lube, outstanding service and experts at not wasting time your time. My son needed an oil change and we went to Toyota 3 hour wait even though there was no one in the service area. We brought it here George got us in and out within the 20 minute we were promised! We are very grateful! Thank you George and staff at this location.
