The employees here are polite and service is quick. Won't try to up sale you on products. Mgr Eric is professional as are the employees. Their Mechanic Thomas is one of a kind and is hard to find in today's world of repair shops. He has the old school personality with the right skills to get the job done. Would highly recommend this location.
Steven and Craig are the cream of the crop. I have been going there for oil changes for years. Recently I went in for some mechanical work and they were awesome. No hidden fees, explained things so I understood, and followed up after I left to make sure I didn't need anything else. The customer service and genuine care has been great, especially since Steven has become the Manager at this location. Recommend 10/10!
Above and Beyond Doesn’t Even Cover It! Jeff and Logan at Jiffy Lube in Georgetown are absolute legends. I brought in my VW diesel Golf expecting a routine service… and instead got one of the most impressive customer experiences I’ve had in a long time. They discovered that my air filters hadn’t been changed in YEARS. Instead of just pointing it out and sending me elsewhere, they took ownership of the problem immediately. They special-ordered exactly what my diesel needed in real time and literally went to pick it up so the job could be done right that same day. No shortcuts. No upsell pressure. Just genuine care for doing the work correctly. On top of that? They were fantastic to talk with — knowledgeable, transparent, and just genuinely good humans. Clear communication, professional, and kind. Five stars isn’t enough. ????
