Just received an oil change on West flourence jiffy lube location..i usually go to take 5 but wanted to go back and see if the costumer service was different. I received help and direction from a gentleman named Jacob. HE Knew exactly what he was talking about and was persice and persistent on making sure I did not need any other services, checking on me multiple times offering me water, all the while directing two other cars in and out of the bay there next to me. He was very fast and effective and double checked with the other gentleman working on my vehicle if they were giving me the right oil and making sure they checked my other fluids accurately. To me he definitely loves what he does and puts his customers first. I will no longer be going to take 5 and will only receive further oil changes and etc there at that west flourence location in Casa Grande.
Jacob was very professional and amazing at what he does. Was very thorough with all the questions that I had inspected all my fluids and answered questions that I had on some things that they found. I would definitely recommend this particular Jiffy Lube and tell my family to ask for Jacob. He definitely is an asset for this company. Thank you, Jacob.
I stopped in for an oil change on my road trip home after just graduating from the University of Arizona! Elisa and Jacob were so helpful and so transparent about everything! It was quick and seamless and I was able to get back out on the road so fast! They were both so awesome. Great service- Fantastic employees!
