I had a great experience and couldn't be happier with the service I received. The staff were incredibly positive, professional, and polite from the moment I walked in. I came in because one of my tires was low, and I was concerned that I might have a nail in it. They inspected the tire free of charge and took the time to thoroughly evaluate the situation. What really impressed me was how careful and safety-focused they were. After finding a possible nail or other foreign object, they didn't rush to make a decision. Instead, they consulted with their manager to determine whether the tire could be safely repaired without causing any damage. They even provided me with a referral option in case the tire couldn't be safely plugged, which showed they truly had my best interests in mind. Fortunately, the referral wasn't needed because they were able to safely plug the tire. Throughout the entire process, they were thorough, patient, and made sure my vehicle was safe and in good condition before letting me leave. It's clear that customer safety and satisfaction are top priorities for them. I left as a very happy customer and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, professional, and courteous service. Thank you for going above and beyond!

The team members even took an extra look at my car a month after an oil change to make sure nothing was wrong when I was nervous about seeing oil in my driveway. Came to get an oil change was slightly frustrated over the price, Jessica assistant manager explained throughly the cost, type of oil required for my vehicle, and showed me not only the bottle but per the book they reference showing required oil. I appreciate her patience, knowledge, customer service skills, and explanation. True professional thank you!
