Had transmission serviced on my 2022 Toyota 4Runner. Shortly after it began experiencing several issues that required me to take it to a Toyota mechanic for diagnosis and repair. It was discovered that the issue was a defective transmission filter. When I presented the issue to Josue Cortez the Regional Manager for Jiffy Lube, he immediately investigated the issue and refunded me the cost of the Jiffy Lube service and cost of the transmission repair. Because of his commitment to customer service and his professionalism I would place my 100% trust in continuing to do business with them.
Haven't been to an oil change place for a bit as I do it myself. Let me tell you I was impressed. Fast, thorough, easy. Didn't break the bank either considering full synthetic oil/premium filter. Highly recommended.
