I come here to get my oil changed all the time. But today is mother’s days and I was leaving work and needed to get my oil changed. I didn’t realize they were closing because I just wiped right into the parking lot but they were already closing doors as I pulled up. But they still told me to pull on in, and usually people act all hateful because they are ready to go home and it’s Mother’s Day and they may have plans. And here I am pulling in at closing… but they treated me extremely amazing just like all the other times I go!! All the men that were there as well as the young lady working there all deserve to be recognized!! Thank you for taking care of my oil change and thank you for being so kind and wishing me a happy Mother’s Day and making sure my car was in good condition! What an amazing team!
When I arrived at the Jiffy Lube located at 1952 10th Avenue North, in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, I was greeted by Gus with a smile and eye contact. He asked the type of oil change I desired today. Gus also checked my battery and some fluid levels. He then told me to follow Jojo's hand signals to enter the service bay. Once in the bay, I was instructed to stay in the vehicle and follow each employee's instructions. The entire Signature Service took about 15 minutes. The employees were courteous, professional, and efficient. They knew their jobs well. Once the service was completed, Gus made sure I received the discount on the coupon I gave him. He then handed me the bill, accepted my payment, gave me the receipt, thanked me for stopping by, and wished me a great day. I recommend Gus, Jojo, and this Jiffy Lube location to family and friends.
I just had a great experience with the Jiffy Lube off 10th Avenue in Myrtle Beach. They did an awesome job restoring the headlights of my daughter’s 370Z. I was greeted warmly and immediately felt welcomed. The gentleman who began the job showed me the progress and explained the warranty. Another gentleman finished the job and he was also very polite and friendly. A very nice and warm woman checked me out and made sure I had my receipt and the filled out warranty card. Overall, I am very pleased with this experience! I included a picture of the left light to show how hazy it was and the right light to show the completed restoration. Again, great work!
