Great service. Everyone is very communicative and kind. I wasn’t waiting a very long time, and it was very upfront and honest about the cost of service. Didn’t feel ripped off or taken advantage of or anything like that. Will be my go to for servicing my car unless something detrimental happens.
Great experience! Went there spontaneously on Monday bc hubby and I were off and actually had both cars available, mine needed an oil change. Was expecting not to get in at such short notice, but quite the contrary! My car was taken right away and finished easily within the time it took us to come back. Everyone there was very friendly, courteous and efficient! I think it's worth giving places like this more reviews, since they are way more important than restaurants etc. - these people are taking care of our cars, which most of us need daily!! PS: Another thing that I found worth mentioning - my husband asked the member of staff whether we should get a tire rotation (costs extra), and the employee took a look and said we could hold off until next time - I love it when people don't try to upsell!! if you take your car to the dealership for routine maintenance, they seem to feel the need to do everything under the sun....
