The guys at this location are amazing. I came in about five minutes before they closed and I was a little apprehensive about being a bother, but they did not make me feel like a Father at all and told me to go ahead and come on in. They were just so nice and friendly, it put me at ease. They were also super quick. I cannot recommend them enough.
The Jiffy Lube location in Tulsa Hills was found lacking, they did a drain and fill on my transmission and the next morning I found a puddle of transmission fluid in my garage floor. I drove it to the Jiffy Lube in Glenpool because it was the closest location to my house and I was worried about driving it with a leak. They went in and tightened everything that was left loose and leaking, replaced the clips on my cover panel that was left hanging off and replenished my transmission fluid. They went above and beyond to fix mistakes that they did not make and sent me on my way feeling more secure. Research your locations!
The customer service is always great at this location. The team explains terms I don’t understand and is super friendly and personable. They get me in and out very quickly. My go-to location for an oil change.
