Found undercarriage cover dangling on ground from only one of 4 bolts. This oil change service took significant time and now I am curious what else went wrong. Will be driving 30 miles back to Jiffy Lube to get techs to fix issue and look over potential damage to undercarriage and any other mistakes. Disappointing! ****** update - after contacting jiffy lube, they acknowledged the mistake, came up with a fix, offered a transmission service free and gave me 20%off of gear box service a total of 3 and saved me some cash. i am satisfied with service and will return again. well done good job taking responsibility and offering solutions. thanks to manager jeremy!

Jeremy is the only mechanic in the city, let alone the county, that I trust. He has earned that trust year after year by providing me superior expertise, experience, and fair treatment. Jeremy manages a terrific team. When I arrived a solid team of technicians greeted me and took care of my car swiftly with very little wait time. They also isolated a perplexing problem-- a slow leaking tire value that has resulted in a 5 lbs decrease of pressure for several weeks. I am also active law enforcement and a military vet and appreciate Jiffy Lube always taking great care of me at checkout time too. This is why I will continue to go to Jiffy Lube. Jeremy is absolutely essential to your current success in Heber Valley, Utah. Other JL shops should take a page from Heber’s playbook.
