I had such a great experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Derek and Alex! From the moment I walked in, they were both incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. I originally came in just for an oil change, but also asked if they could take a look at an issue I was having with my A/C. They took the time to explain what might be going on and even pointed out a few other things that needed attention—things I had no idea about. What I really appreciated most was how honest and low-pressure they were. I never once felt like they were trying to upsell me, scare me into unnecessary repairs, or take advantage of the fact that I’m not very knowledgeable about car issues. It’s rare to find service like this, and it made me feel comfortable and confident in their recommendations. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Derek and Alex to anyone looking for fast, trustworthy, and genuinely friendly service!
