I received an oil and filter change and it went well. They also replaced my air filter which also needed to be changed too. The Lady Asst. Manager deserves KUDOS too. Her Customers Service skills are great and I hope that they rub off on the rest of the crew there too. She was amazing and made my time there very pleasant
Went in for an oil change. Received fast professional service. Manager was very helpful. Showed me a couple things on my Mercedes that needed attention. I was grateful for that advice and returned shortly thereafter with my other car.
I had my oil change done today with Alena at Take 5 and she was amazing. She was friendly, straightforward, and explained everything without trying to upsell me or make me feel rushed. The whole process was quick and she made sure I understood what they were doing to my truck. I really appreciated her customer service and will definitely be coming back to her for my next oil change.
