Appreciate them very much. Drove up with a not so good problem and Ron fixed it on the spot! Like within the next hour it was good to go. Super kind group of guys that'll help you if you need it. Oil change too, along with my air filter. They seen the problems, they let me know. I do however recommend music in your lobby area or like something more exciting than Nascar, but I understand the business dynamic. Thanks again guys!! 5 starts across the board with everything?
Got right in the service was very quick and efficient. I enjoyed listening to the 2 mechanics communicate back and forth ensuring step by step was complete. The lead was very informative on things done and items of interest going forward. I was beyond impressed with the entire team. And I don't use the term TEAM lightly but this group works as a TEAM and there COMMUNICATIONS was world ? class. As a former manager I tip my hat to this group and I have very high regards to the entire ( TEAM ) staff. Thank you very much W.D.M.
I had an emergency with the oil in my car. They caught the problem immediately and moved heaven and earth to get me back on the road. Ron is the most efficient mechanic!! I don't remember all of the gentlemen who assisted with sorting out the problem, but they were ALL proficient and super sweet...above and beyond! Wha t could have been a disaster, but all worked out, and I was impressed with the entire adventure. Bravo to the whole team!!!
