Got here a little before they opened, was greeted quickly. My car was taken back immediately. The tech let me know they were able to find my car in their system even though my last visit was in a different state, so they were able to get me the same oil. I was able to use a coupon from the main jiffy lube website which gave me $30 off my oil change. It was a quick, friendly service.
I'm a repeat customer at the Jiffy Lube on Market Lane in Kenosha and I have to say the manager there is amazing! Misty not only handled my concerns with courtesy and professionalism but the greatest personality I've dealt with in an unpleasant situation. I've been in the car business many years and we need more service managers like this. I highly recommend this location and ask for Misty!

I didn’t even need an appointment, which made things really convenient. The service was affordable, fast, and everyone was very friendly. I truly appreciate the great customer service and would definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs work done on their car!
