The workers here are absolutely kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable. The manager from the 75th location was there the day I went, offered me a water, and offered my daughter a popsicle. He told me so much about my car that I needed done but it didnt seem like he was pushy and trying to just make money, he was explaining in detail everything that they went over. All I had was a simple oil change and left knowing so much more. On top of that, 3 different workers made sure to tell us “have a wonderful day”. Just puts the cherry on top for me. Also received a sticker that i can bring the car back at the half way point of needing my next oil change and will receive free top offs of all fluids and a tire pressure check. Definitely will be returning.

Aaron provided excellent service from start to finish. He greeted me outside as soon as I arrived and even offered me a water bottle, which was a really nice touch. He completed the oil change, oil filter, and engine filter, topped off the washer fluid, and made sure the tires were good — all incredibly fast. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. He was very respectful, professional, and efficient the entire time. If you need an oil change and want fast, friendly, and reliable service, I would highly recommend asking for Aaron or anyone at Take 5 Oil Change on 52nd St. Really great place. 10/10 experience.
