I recently visited the Jiffy Lube on Hayden Road in Owensboro, KY, for an oil change and full vehicle inspection, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took the time to explain everything, including the results of the inspection, and made sure I understood the services being performed on my vehicle. The customer service was truly top notch: attentive, courteous, and efficient. It’s clear this team takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about their customers. My car was serviced quickly without ever feeling rushed, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, reliable place to get your car serviced in Owensboro, I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location. Great team, great experience. I’ll definitely be back!!
Everyone here was amazing and friendly, especially Austin, who went above and beyond to get my car in tip top shape. He was quick, insertive, intelligent & had GREAT social skills and was excellent with communication when it came to charges and the payment. They went out of their way to fix things that other shops wouldn't mess with and they also kept all employees aware and in check with the work that needed to be done. They were able to give me amazing pricing and FREE wipers (couldn't use another coupon) but $40 well saved! Had alot of work done and fixed for well under $200! For a drive in/out service they were amazing & Austin doesn't deserve any type of negative reviews because this guy knew what he was doing and was great at his job! If I could rate 20 stars I would! Also, a woman who worked here stalked buckets of candy for customers in the waiting room to go along with the GOOD, FREE coffee and water! My new stop in & go shop 100%! I watched out the window and everyone was always working and helping others and never sitting around doing nothing! Top notch in my opinion!
Normally not a fan of these quick stop places, but I was in a bind on a road trip and stopped her for an oil change. They treated my car with care, and I even heard them asking and hollering out torque specs for the drain plug and filter. Not something you normally see or hear about from these quick lubes. Stopped at the gas station 20 minutes later and checked my oil, and it was clean and where it was supposed to be. Nothing but good notes here. They even gave me a $30 coupon because the one I found online for $20 was invalid. So that brought my oil change to something much more reasonable.
