I had issues with my radiator system leaking. They diagnosed it quickly and communicated with me thoroughly on the issues. The initial price for what needed to be done was a lot, so I asked if anything could be done. Brooks was so knowledgeable and helpful. He changed what they would do to fix the issue while also cutting $200 off. Then he realized another thing he could do and it took it down even more. It cut my total cost from $900 to just over $400. He and the blonde lady who was working with him (forgive me for not knowing your name) were very kind and helpful and personable. It’s a franchise business but I felt like I was at a smaller shop where the people working knew me and wanted to get me the best option possible. They fixed the issue promptly and took good care of me. I will definitely be returning here for any issues in the future.
When I walked in the store, I was greeted treated appropriately and nice. They walked me through every step of what I could do for my car gave me their opinion on the best option to do even gave me a coupon to help with the price just all around great guys they did an amazing job. They did it in a timely manner. I think it only it only took them like 15 minutes 20 minutes tops that was probably cause I was talking to him about tires they gave me a really good quote on tires. I would recommend them to anybody just all-around great guys an amazing store. Thank you for your service.
