I have been taking my vehicles here for a while now. It’s fast, easy, and convenient. I have never had any issues it’s basically in and out. Today I have to say I actually got to view and hear the 3 gentleman who were working together in unison on my vehicle. Usually I use that time to catch up on my phone and busy myself in the vehicle. They were absolutely fantastic. I heard them calling out to each other what they were doing and going thru their check list. I don’t bother with taking the time to write a review who would care anyways right. I’m writing this so everyone knows what exceptional customer service is. It is the jiffy lube on 7th street Olean. Thank you Ryan and your fellow associates!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service – Highly Recommended!!!!! I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Jiffy Lube in Olean, NY. From start to finish, the service was over-the-top great. The manager, Rayan, and the mechanic, Cris, treated me like absolute family. They are hands-down some of the fastest, friendliest, and most professional people I’ve run across in a very long time. It’s rare to find a shop that combines top-tier efficiency with genuine hospitality, but these guys nailed it. If you need your vehicle serviced right and want to be treated well, do yourself a favor and go see Rayan and Cris. I would highly recommend this location to anyone! I was just there to set up an appointment, never thinking they would be able to fit me in today! It really was 15 minutes. I just sat in the car. 2 guys worked on the oil change. A guy up top and a guy down in the pit. And they were both the nicest guys. I created a contact for them in my phone so that I can call next time easily and created an account on-line.
