My husband took our Honda there for an oil change and got so much more checked. Very friendly accommodating staff. Offering a bottle of water was a nice touch. Appreciated being told about the filters and was shocked how bad they were and really appreciated the military discount. Had everything done in less than 15 minutes-no appointment just stopped in. Will definitely go again. Another appreciated service-checked the air in my tires too
It’s so hard to find great service these days, but this place truly exceeded my expectations. After having an awful experience at Monroe, I decided to try somewhere new and found Take 5 through Google — I’m so glad I did! Seth took care of me and was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The complimentary water and suckers for the kids were such a thoughtful touch and really show they care about their customers. I will definitely be coming back. Amazing service! The three gentlemen were so knowledgeable and helped in letting me know my tires were not very good. As my family of 5 is leaving in 3 days from NY to NC. I never would have known and traveled on those tires. They were all helpful and answered any questions. They weren't pushy to upsell anything. They also informed me that that they will recheck oil and top it off if need. 10 out of 10! I will be back to this Take 5 in Allegany! Thanks guys!
