Super pleased with my experience, I didn't have to wait long at all and everyone was incredibly polite and knowledgeable. They walked me through everything they were doing and were very clear about everything. Shoutout to the young man who helped me out, I wish I got his name (Might've been Marco?) but he made my experience smooth and easy for someone who's never done this before lol. Very friendly staff and good service ?
These guys are awesome. My Tacoma truck is my baby. I stopped going to Toyota because they are very rude. They damaged my Wheels multiple times and I don’t like paying the extra fees. Or dropping off my truck. With this place, they are always cool, chill and very helpful. I get there and I’m done within 15 or 20 minutes. Today I did an oil change, and a transmission fluid flush, and the rear differential fluid because I’m at 60,000 miles.
I’d like to give a big thank you to John for helping with my oil change. What impressed me the most was that before I even asked, he kindly cleaned my car windows as well. It was such a thoughtful extra touch that made the whole experience feel special. John was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout. Truly appreciate the care and professionalism. Highly recommend!
