Fast and easy. You sit in your car the whole time. They even had a trainee and said it would take longer. She was fast and efficient. It didn't seem to take longer at all. Now I'm atthe DMV so maybe time is all an illusion ?

I was in and out so quick! Great customer service. Definitely would recommend. I had an appt at a place in Penn Valley and when i arrived the girl that helped me said they were having trouble with their online appt system and they wouldn't be able to get to me today. I had to get my oil changed as I was leaving town tomorrow. I mentioned that they should probably shut it down or something and the guy at the counter was so rude to me and started talking about how the appt system doesn't factor in employees that call in sick and whatever else. At that point they told me I could try their other location, no thank you All that to say, I'm so glad that happened because I was able to get my oil changed quickly and without the drama! I will definitely go back!
