I was in need of an oil change and tired of shopping around so I pulled into this shop. The young man Brandon I believe, was polite,friendly and professional. The price was pretty high at $90 for a synthetic oil change. With tax $108 I did have a seven dollar coupon so that helped a bit. They did the oil change and checked out the other fluids, filters and tire pressure. I was there about 20 minutes. Overall a good place to go for a fast oil change. They will also send you discount offers for various services if you sign up which I did. I will most likely go back for other things as needed. If you want fairly quick and knowledgeable service this is the place to go!
I had initially came on Sunday for an oil change only to find out that the last guy that had done it stripped the drain plug. Came back today (Thursday) when the manager was working and he took great care of me. Even ran to orielly down the street to get a tool he needed so that I wouldn’t have to come back a third time. Thank you so much for turning my bad experience to a really good one. This has solidified me as a forever customer at this Oil Changers! Huge shout out to Nykimbe and his team there tonight! Polite and extremely professional.
I had THE BEST experience today at their 2700 El Portal location this morning! They were friendly, cheerful, fun, so thorough and knowledgeable! Nakimbay was the best & even directed me to O’Reilly to grab a rear wiper (because they were out of stock) and offered for me to come back so he could install it! I’m telling EVERYONE to go there ?
