This was my second time going in for an oil change. I was sent a reminder post card and email after my first visit, both containing a dollars off discount. I went in mid afternoon and only had to wait for the person ahead of me to leave the bay. Everyone there was very nice, efficient, accommodating, and friendly. Several other services were offered, with costs shown, based on my car's maintenance records, which they were able to access. I wasn't able to make a decision on two of the three additional services, and no pressure. Was told I could come back any time, they do not take appointments. Happy my friends recommended this company and location! I've shared my good experiences with others! And, they applied the highest of the two discount offers I had received!
Came in for an oil change, staff friendly on the phone to confirm hours of operation and reminded about the first come first serve basis they work on, services techs used communication to direct me to the correct lane while waiting and confirmed services as well as after service was completed before payment. Quick and fast for this visit, I was cutting it close to their closing time but they did not hessistate to fit me into their schedule. Excellent service!
My car has over 220k miles on it. I requested a fuel system flush and an oil change. They tried to opt for cheaper options, possibly due to time constraints. However, after they completed the full service, they acknowledged the need and highlighted other issues that I should get checked out. It’s like factory workers—fast and efficient. If you want something more, they can be a bit critical about time and savings. My advice is to be clear about what you want and why. That team is phenomenal..
