Five stars goes to Glen, aka Ricky Bobby. Even though he was tired and everyone else was avoiding taking the next customer, he did the job in spades! He is a very personable young man with impressive life skills. At the Waipio location, there is none better!
My first impression started when I first called to ask some information whether they will be able to do certain services I want done on my truck. He was very pleasant to speak with and patiently helpful in explaining to me about my inquiries. I just felt bad that I didn’t get his name to be able to acknowledge him here. That great customer service made me decide to go there instead of other lube shop on top of offering a reasonable price for their services. Since it was my first time there and I was not able to read the signs for directions, I just went ahead and parked my car at the empty slot. One of the technician named, Pryor, informed me that the slot is only for safety check and I was supposed to wait to be guided in to park. I hope he didn’t get in trouble for my mistake. He still let me stay there and service my car instead of making me go back out and wait in line where I’m supposed to be at. I was very appreciative with that gesture. He was very kind about it and again another person who was very patient and pleasant to speak with. I also like the fact that they offer a military discount. Overall, it was such a stress free experience that I’ll be bringing my other car again to be serviced there and also recommend Oil Changers to friends and families. Keep up the good work and thank you so much for the aloha spirit type of service.
Collin was absolutely impeccable during our oil change appointment today. The customer service was truly top-tier from start to finish. He was very informative, professional, and made sure everything was explained clearly. The experience at the Waipio location was such a huge difference compared to the poor customer service I previously received at the Aiea location. Because of how well we were treated today, I’ll definitely continue coming to the Waipio location from now on. Thank you again, Collin, for the outstanding service!
