Hands down the best experience I have ever had getting my oil changed. I stopped by Oil Changers in Grayson feeling a little intimidated because, as a woman, I don’t know much about the different fluids and maintenance my vehicle requires. The two gentlemen working there immediately put me at ease. They were professional, patient, and took the time to explain my options, discounts, and recommendations without making me feel pressured or uncomfortable. What impressed me most was that I actually arrived after they had already closed. They could have easily gone home for the evening, but instead they welcomed me in with a smile and treated me like family. Their kindness, honesty, and exceptional customer service are something you rarely see these days. If I could give 10 stars instead of 5, I absolutely would. Thank you for going above and beyond and for providing what was truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Grayson is blessed to have a business like this!

We were driving through traveling, when oil drip pan fell down, causing a horrible noise!! We ran across oil Changers, and pulled in, hoping they could help. Help they did! And refused to charge us! Paul and Darren are AWESOME!!! Highly recommend!!! I’m in Huntington, WV, and will drive the distance to this place for my next oil change!!

When I arrived there was 2 people in front of me and the wait was over before I knew it. So I was happy with that. They are professional and friendly, they give quality service. Get you in and out quickly and make you feel like they appreciate you picking their business. I was very happy with their service and the workers. They were very qualified in their jobs.
