The gentleman at the business (Tim & Brandon, I believe are their names) are the BEST. They assisted my daughter without hesitation as she was having car issues traveling home from college. They treated her so well, did everything they could to help her and updated me on the phone. They cared about her safety and took the time to make sure she was paying attention to details as she left. 100 percent would recommend this business. Amazing customer service with the care and concern for others…best experience for my daughter!!!
Excellent customer service! The oil cap had come off during a long drive and there was an enormous mess everywhere. The crew at oil changers cleaned up the engine as much as possible, changed the oil, threw in a free car wash, and did it all very quickly for a reasonable price. Next time I'm in the area, I will definitely come again! Thanks guys! XD
Came in off Interstate 84 for a quick oil change as the SUV said it was at 0% oil life. They got us in for service within about 5 minutes. We stayed in the car for the process. Staff were courteous, efficient, friendly and entertaining the whole time. No attempt to 'upsell' but did let us know about a manufacturer recommended service that would be due in about 9-10 thousand miles. The whole service took 10-15 minutes. I doubt we will be in the neighborhood again since we are currently traveling, but would love to give these folks my business in the future.
