If you’re like me and have ptsd taking your car in, this is the place to go. They walk you through everything so you’re never confused, and their prices are the best I’ve found in town. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust not to overcharge, but this team really takes care of you. Jacqueline is always super sweet, I met Jesus today and he was great. So the whole crew must be awesome.
I had a great experience here. The manager Robert took the time to understand my budget and worked with me instead of trying to sell me things I didn’t need. I mentioned that I was getting ready for a road trip, and he made sure my car was in good shape and recommended only the services that would actually help. I really appreciated that there was no pressure or upselling—just honest advice and excellent customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I’ll definitely be coming back.
As a walk-in (drive-up?) client on a Wednesday afternoon, I wasn't sure whether I'd have to wait long for service, here. To my surprise, I didn't wait at all for a polite, professional young man to greet me and assist me in my auto service! The staff were all kind, and extremely helpful!
